Vertical Form Fill Packaging Machinery

Vertical form fill packaging machinery is an integrated automatic packaging machine consisting of the main packaging machine, weighing system and conveying system. Our packaging machine can be divided into two series according to the packaging capacity: vertical form fill seal machine and multihead weighing vertical form fill seal machine.

Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine The vertical form fill seal machine is a combination of the main machine and volumetric weigher to carry out film tranport and tension, bag forming, filling, weighing, sealing, cutting, counting and other functions. This packaging system takes advantage of volumetric weighting principles, making it suitable for packing of granules with a weight range of 0.5-200g.

Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (Auger Filling) The vertical form fill seal machine (auger filling) carries out film transport and tension, bag forming, filling, weighing, sealing, cutting, counting and other functions. It is suitable for powder materials and is a combination of an auger system and main machine. This packaging equipment features a mechanical drive with a simple, easy operation and running.

    2. Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (Piston Filling) The vertical form fill seal machine (piston filling) is the combination of a piston pump system and main machine. It carries out film transport and tension, bag forming, filling, weighing, sealing, cutting, counting and other functions. It is suitable for packaging of liquid materials.

Multihead Weighing Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine The multihead weighing vertical form fill seal machine is an integrated automatic packaging system consisting of the main packaging machine, multihead weigher, conveyor and feeder, and is used to produce packaged bags with a width lower than 100mm, and a film that is heat sealed.

Weighing system
Multihead weigher: the multihead weigher is suitable for granular, flake, stripe and irregular materials such as candy, chips, jelly, dumplings, nuts and more. It also satisfies customer requirements for packaging a variety of materials using a single machine.

Automatic weigher: it is suitable for packaging of powder material of which the mesh number is under 100. Suitable packaging materials include milk powder, protein powder, ground coffee, flour, chemical powder and more.

Volumetric weigher: this weigher is suitable for uniform and fine granules such as feed, salt, sugar, desiccant, instant medicines and more. It is not easy to adjust the weight so it is suitable for customers producing a single product with a single weight.

Piston pump: it is suitable for packaging of liquid, pasty fluid and sauce such as water, shampoo, shower gel, facial cream and honey.

Conveyor
In order to achieve material feeding, conveying and discharging and other normal conveying during packaging, the generally equipped conveyors include a bucket elevator conveyor, screw conveyor, horizontal conveyor, inclined belt conveyor, and package conveyor. These conveyors can be combined with the weighing system and packaging machine.

Packaging inspection machine
In order to ensure better quality of the materials during packaging, we will add a packaging inspection machine to the main packaging machine or during packaging. The inspection machines include a metal detection machine, weighing and sorting machine. This avoids material mixing during packaging and non-standard weights.
