Application
Gravimetric filling machine is designed for superfines which are easy to raise dust and packaging demands for high precision. It can complete the tasks of filling and measuring according to the signals given by the weight sensor below the vessel. The machine is applicable to the filling of additives, powdered carbon, extinguisher dry powder and other superfines and powders with high precision demand.

Characteristics
1. Gravimetric filling machine is made from 304 stainless steel. Its electric machine, cylinder, electrical accessories and pneumatic components are all of famous brand, or they can be specified by the clients.
2. There is weight sensor below the tray. The servo motor drives tray to be raised up or lowered down. The raising or lowering speed can be preset at will. The filling process almost produces no dust.
3. Gravimetric filling machine adopts PLC control. The touchscreen interface is easy to operate on.
4. Gravimetric filling machine is all made from stainless steel and employs combined material box. It's easy to clean. The filling measurement equipment is equipped with the device that can adjust the height. It can realize the packaging with different specifications and arouses no effect to the properties of the filling material.
5. There are two optional choices for different packaging, where pneumatic bag clamping device is targeted for bag packaging and can supporting device is targeted for can packaging.
